About Courage and Strength Counseling
Courage and Strength Counseling is a professional counseling practice owned by Lisa Zietlow, a Licensed and Marriage Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. The practice offers a range of services including walk and talk therapy, individual therapy, and grief work. Lisa supports teens and adults in a judgement free zone utilizing a collaborative and practical approach tailored to each person’s needs. Sessions can be conducted in person, via telehealth, or walk and talk therapy sessions are available. The practice is located at 1700 Stiegler Lake Lane, Suite 208, Victoria, MN 55386.

About Me
My name is Lisa Zietlow
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people work through life’s challenges. Since graduating from Argosy University in 2002, I’ve had the privilege of working in schools, providing in-home family therapy, and supporting clients in outpatient settings. Over the years, I’ve connected with children, teens, and adults, and I truly value being able to support people at every stage of life.

These days, I work primarily with adolescents and adults, focusing on anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a place where you don’t have to go through struggles alone, where together we can uncover strengths, find new ways forward, and create space for healing and growth.
